Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

We prefer to set up on grass so we are able to properly stake the unit down. This is the safest way to set up an inflatable!
Please let us know if you have any underground sprinkler systems or underground utilities.
The set up area for all of our equipment must be relatively flat and free from overhead obstructions such as low hanging branches and power lines.
Please be sure the area is free from rocks, sticks, and pet droppings before we arrive to set up. 

We are able to set up some of our equipment on concrete or blacktop. Please note, there is an additional fee for sandbags. 

Yes. A blower keeps air in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. We require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Yes…All rentals require a $100 Credit Card deposit to secure your date!

We require a $50 credit card deposit to secure your date! We accept Cash, Checks, or Credit Cards for the balance due. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. Please note that fina payment must be received prior to set up time. 

In case of unfavorable weather, we are able to hold your deposit for a future date or issue a refund if needed.
For all other cancellations, You will receive a full refund on a bounce rental if you cancel at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental date you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.

Inflatables Must be Supervised at ALL TIMES that Children are Playing!!

1. Absolutely NO Pushing, Hitting, or Horseplay of any kind allowed while on the inflatables.

2. Flips are NOT allowed.

3. All sliders and jumpers MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing on the inflatable.

4. NO Sharp Objects of any kind on the inflatable.

5. NO Silly String or Confetti allowed in or around any of the bounces! These products will damage the vinyl! 

6.NO Food or Drink allowed in or on the inflatables.

7. NO children are allowed near the motor. An adult supervisor will turn the on/off switch when it is time for the inflatable to be inflated or deflated.
